I have been facing Chalazion problem in my right eye. It has been for 2 months. How it can be removed?

Hello There are three options A. Medical management which includes warm compresses followed by lid massage from up to down with index finger tightly B. Intralesional kenacort is an option C. Surgery...incision and curattege is an option
