Are cetirizine, pcm and multivitamin drops safe for a g6pd deficient 4 month old baby? My son has gotten fever since last night.. he couldn't sleep the whole night.. his nose has some mucus .. he has very little cough since 1 month.. but the dr said that his chest is fine.
