Since 2days having pain on my neck, pain to sit without support and upper portion of neck is aching and right solder is buring and back too paining, had dolo but still pain is not releif. I dont want to go MRI, as I had fainted once. I took X-ray x3,4,5,6,7 has problem... What do I do
