Based on your symptoms, there could be a variety of potential causes for your imbalance while walking, clicking sound in your head, and pain in your arms and hips. Some possible causes and treatments include: Inner ear problems: Inner ear problems such as vestibular neuritis or Meniere's disease can cause balance problems. A doctor may prescribe medication to help with the symptoms. Neurological disorders: Neurological disorders such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis can cause balance problems. Treatment options may include medications, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes. Muscle and joint problems: Muscle and joint problems such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or tendinitis can cause pain in the arms and hips. Treatment may involve physical therapy, medication, or surgery in some cases. Spinal cord problems: Spinal cord problems such as herniated disc or spinal stenosis can cause pain and difficulty with movement. Treatment options may include physical therapy, medication, or surgery. It is important to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan based on the underlying cause of your symptoms.
