u are just 37 years I doubt about diagnosis of cervical spondylitis. send ur Mri. life style modification is best treatment for any disease.  whether u take ayurvedic or homeopathic or allopathic, medications are medications which should be avoided. ayurvedic does not mean u are near to nature and it is best.
