My neck starts becoming stiff and pains and then headache starts..headache doesnt go until I take pain killer or paracetamol.. please suggest.

mam do you have headache or neck pain major complaint wats is ur profession mam does ur neck pain radiates to hand any tingling sensation in hand headache is more in which part
