The fnac report is inconclusive...may be u need to repeat it with some additional.tests. Lump in the neck can be a result of mild bacterial infections....b

Hi, Look the report seems not very conclusive of any disease. What I would suggest you is to get an ultrasound of neck and ultrasound guided fnac. If you could share your clinical details like fever, weight loss, appetite, pain in swelling etc then we could think of some probable diseases. But if the size is more then you should get an ESR, mantoux test also
