Mine is ivf conception with single fetus, age 37 years My cervical length is 34mm at 15weeks 4 days and 30mm at 15 weeks 5days. Should I be worried? Do I need circlage, or can I wait until 20 weeks and see the length in TIFFA scan? Can circlage be done at 22 weeks if it is short? What precautions should I take until Tiffa scan? Thank you

In IVF cases it is better to take and follow the advice of your Gynaecologist. It is only he who is answerable if you have a mishap. The questions like Cervical cerclage don't have a straight forward answer. Opinions may vary . But since you are spending a lot of money please follow your Doctor's advice.

U should avoid prolonged standing, take rest and step up ur bed from foot end, also use vaginal progesterone. U can wait for level 2 scan to get ur cervix evaluated
