My mother is 40 years old, she has swere pain of cervical along with migrane headache from last 10 years approx. but now her cervical pain has increased so much that his spine starts swelling. there is extreme pain and that pain comes in right arm too. she is noe even able to move,. painkillers are not showing any results. can u suggest any pain killer or muscle relaxer/ or do you advise to go for physiotherapy?
