Doctor my baby is 8 months old. Is cerelac good for his health ? .. M giving him home coocked food also.. But I want to know can I give him cerelac also for two times in a day. Wheat apple cherry cerelac

It's always better to give home prepared powders and  food. You can give fruit(apple, pear, banana) and vegetable(carrot, beetroot, sweet potato) purees Rice and dal kichdi , idli with milk, liquid upma, ragi and oats porridges
