My maternal uncle was having difficulty to see through right eye. Thus, some eye angiography test was given & it was reported that he was diagnosed with CSR. Some eye drops were given. After a month check up, the eye problem was persistent & he was given blood test & MRI of Brain & pupil. MRI reported that thickening of the retino choroid layer on right side with few non specific with few vitreous opacities & optic nerve were normal.   All are normal except he was diagnosed with high thyroid. But the opthalmologist was unable to detect the exact cause of his blurriness of right eye. Kindly help us.

Please share his case file with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision and duration of illness. As per your history  Car is usually idiopathic ie no specific cause but diabetes, hypertension and tuberculosis must be excluded. An OCT will be helpful to establish the follow up prognosis ie progress or recovery of disease.
