I am a celibate. Should I clean  smegma on my penis everyday? But it is not shown everyday. After 5 to 6 days usually smegma comes. Plus whenever I touch to clean my penis I get some erection. Is it good in celibacy? Or should I not wash? If I don't wash it.. Is there any problem? Thanx
