Can anyone help me understand why cef200 is prescribed post toe fracture. got cymerol forte and nucoxia mr8. but do not understand why antibiotic is required for 2 weeks for Hairline fracture of right fifth middle phalanges

If it’s a closed fracture (no open wound) the antibiotics are not required If there is more swelling of foot ,if skin condition is bad ,if comorbidities present can be used as prophylactic to prevent infections
