Recently...I found out that one of my close relative is HIV positive from last 7-8 years. He didnot go for any treatment. He and his family members took this very lightly or I would say they were not so much aware about HIV infection. Currently....he is 71 years of age and has so many health problem e.g type 2 diebeties, CKD stage 5, got herpes in 2021 as well. He is very weak. Here is his CD4 count test results. Kindly tell me what does this test result indicate. If he has AIDS or not. Also tell me any other test that needs to be done. He has not even started his ART therapy as well.

He should go to a STD Treatment Centre run by the State Government. There he can get some proper treatment. He is certainly not a case for Tele-consultation.
