CBC Test Interpretation & D-dimer

If someone can help me with the interpretation of the attached analysis. I did a blood cbc test and d-dimer test today. The family doctor told me the results are OK, but some values are higher or lower than normal and I'm worried because from what I read online I may have leukemia. Can I have a second opinion? Thank You
