CBC Report query

Attached is CBC Report of my Daughter. I just did it to see if she has recovered from malaria completely. Though she is absolutely fine and no issue with help. Some readings in Report are still out of range. What needs to be done now. Does she need to take some special diet or some medication so that every thing is within range.

You have low HB and low RBC with low PCV, low MCV, high MCHC it's mean following... Low PCV PCV is the percentage of red blood cells in circulating blood. A decreased PCV generally means red blood cell loss from any variety of reasons like cell destruction, blood loss, and failure of bone marrow production.... Low MCV The MCV will be lower than normal when red blood cells are too small. This condition is called microcytic anemia. Microcytic anemia may be caused by: iron deficiency, which can be caused by poor dietary intake of iron, menstrual bleeding, or gastrointestinal bleeding thalassemia lead poisoning chronic diseases High MCHC If you have a high MCHC, this means that the relative hemoglobin concentration per red blood cell is high. MCHC can be elevated in diseases such as: hereditary spherocytosis sickle cell disease homozygous hemoglobin C disease All above problem must be corelate with physical complain and so many other health issues...
