Cavity on an already filled tooth

I had cavity in my molar and got it fixed 2 years back , and I've recently noticed that cavity has come again on the same tooth where the filling is not there , wt will b the procedure to repair The tooth ?? Will the filling be taken out and redone again ?

if the filling is fine then it will not be taken out , the cavity may be filled separately, but if the deacay is part of the previous filling then the whole filling needs to be replaced. bridgewaydental.com

It would have been better if i could see a picture of ur tooth, but most likely if it is not very close to the old filling we can repair it with a new filling, but if it is quiet close to your previous filling then we need to redo the old filling along with removing the new caries n doing the entire filling again.
