Cavity in pre molar. Whenever I eat cavity gets filled up. I doubt it will get infected. Please tell me what to do .

Hello Any decay/ cavity needs to be treated. You need to visit a dentist . After clinical and X Ray evaluation they would explain the treatment plan after proper diagnosis if a filling is required or a Root Canal Treatment. Please don't delay it.
