Worst pain in marked region.. Not able to sit etc. Periods  cycle normal  but painfull Discharge normal But pain pain pain.. During urination pain in highlited region. Not married Not sexually active.. (was active 1 ur ago) This developed some 5 days ago Please please help... What causes it.. And how to get rid of this.. Please🙏🙏🙏🙏
