Cataract surgery

Day before yesterday my father went for an cataract surgery for his right eye phaco fold monofocal iol, but doctor has given him injection he is saying, because pupil not dilating his age is 73,now from yesterday his eyes are totally bloody red, even today it's same ,we are given him moxisure d 6 times a day and nepaflam 3 times ,in how many days these red will go and he is complaining that his vision is now also not clear .

A picture will be helpful or better to consult operating surgeon again. Appears to be sub conjunctival bleed. Occurs commonly after cataract surgery.
