My father is suffering from low vision he seems like he has problem like cataract... Please suggest me is that so or he can view things with eye glasses clear

please consult an ophthalmologist nearby and get the eye testing done. if he improves with glasses  satisfactorily  then you can wait for some time. otherwise you will have to get him operated ,one by one.
