PSC is posterior subcapsular cataract. Its location can be at the point of the lens that is most important for refraction and hence can affect vision even if its tiny. Once PSC appears, they generally cannot be cured by eye drops. If its not causing great hindrance to activities of daily living, then it can be observed. However, if patient is in great discomfort due to PSC, surgery can be considered. Regards, Sriram.
