I have a problem of carpal tunnel syndrome and mild pain in thumb index and middle finger and mild pain in right hand plz suggest me how i cure this disease

Carpal tunnel syndrome in your age is commonly without any underlying cause. In that case definitive treatment is surgery. You can get temporary relief from CTS splints which are worn at night. If there is some underlying hormonal cause then it should be treated first.

Get thoroughly investigated. This includes blood ix and NCV of both hands. Then share those reports.
