My mom heart size is increase and in ECG report incomplete right bundle branch block, possible right ventricular hypertrophy, nonspecific T-wave abnormality notet . Now What I should do sir please advise me

Hello, Cardiomegaly with RBBB can be a sign of cardiomyopathy. Its better to get an echo done ASAP. If possible share her ecg and other reports online with me so that I can guide better Take care
