When i climb stairs i get pain in left side of chest. I got all test done for example- ECG, Echo, TMT as well as CT angio. All normal. In CT it was diagnosed no blockage but deep myocardial bridges. But still I get pain when I climb stairs but my cardiologist tells it's not angina and not heart disease. Tell me suggestion.

All the reports are normal. Exercise related pain can even be musculoskeletal pain. You need some strengthening exercises, regular exercise will help you. Hot water fomenting and local analgesics gel can help

I agree with your cardiologist since your tmt and ct angiography shows no blockage this pain can not be heart related. Muscle bridge is an incodental finding which is there since birth. Its not related to your present symptoms. I suggest you consult a physician for this pain as it is not heart related

Yes the pain looks like non cardiac as your Treadmill test is negative.
