. No sugar . Having BP issue last six years,, taking lopars med. daily,. Her puse rate 120 to 140. Her echo -"Mild concentric hypertrophy of left ventricle. Please help me out what disease she have .

Hello,,, it's common having mild concentric hypertrophy of heart in a person with long standing hypertension. When you should concentrate on is whether the BP is under control or not. Well controlled BP will not have much effect on heart. On her heart rate is normal in ECG. When did she have pulse rate of 120?? If so consult a cardiologist.
