  4. Cardiac query. There any thing to worry?

Is there still chances of having cardic issue even after good lipid profile, total cholesterol 152, normal echo and normal tmt, all tests done recently. Skipped beats or an unusual kind of feeling is felt in middle of chest and i feel that heartbeat has changed. I have gastric issue too. Pl guide, is there any thing to worry?
