Helly sir its my father reprt he is 64 yrs old plz suggest me is d surgery is must or else we go for other treatment ..(0ml- small sized vessel diseased.0m2-large sized vessel,ostial proximal 50-60% stenosis.0 3-small sized vessel ostial 80% stenosis .dominant system.proximal normal,mid and distal long segment diffuse disease with maximum90% stenosis.PDA and PLVB-small sized vessel diffusely disesded.

Yr description doesn't tell about LAD and RCA . If LAD is not involved Angioplasty can b done, but a picture of Angiogram will help in giving the opinion.
