My work is very stressful. Moreover my working hours ranges upto 12-13 hours. Because of that I am not able to have a sleep of more than 6-6.5 hours. I do exercise at least 4 days a week (skipping ropes & push ups). I don't have any other ailments. I stay away from smoking, drinking & unhealthy food. But I often hear that stressful lifestyle, lack of sleep can lead to cardiac related problems in young age. Kindly advise. Thanks in advance 🙏
