Cousin(42) was having chest pain and doctors did an angiogram and found RCA = Dominant. 90% two tandem lesion in big PDA. Good LV systolic function. LCX and LAD = Minor Disease. Final Diagnosis = Single vessel Coronary Artery Disease. Recommendation = PTCA to PDA. Doctor told urgent angioplasty. Does it really require or medicine can be provided.
