Cant hear from right ear and dizziness

Suddenly two days ago I stopped hearing from my right ear and I am constantly dizzy throughout the day. I did visit an ENT doctor and took a CT Scan as well. Everything is normal in the reports, I am having medicines but still dizzy and unable to hear from right ear. I am unable to diagnose the cause, please help me with the problem. I have attached CT report.

You seem to have developed sudden sensorineural hearing loss which commonly presents with hearing loss and giddiness.. You should get a pure tone audiogram to confirm the diagnosis. You need to start steroids either as tablets or injection inside the middle ear as early as possible after the diagnosis
