Is there any hope for getting beared through medicines as i can't grow facial hairs, they are very less and that too in patches...

Thanks for this query. Hair growth depends on a few factors and that needs to be checked in parallel to a physical examination. There may be obvious reasons and can be identified and treated very well. Sometimes the condition is constitutional and then it may be difficult.
