Cant grow Beard and mustache

Im a 28 year old guy, but couldn't grow beard and mustache.. it is frustration and leading to depression.. please help.

Some tests are advisable and a proper history evalation to make sure it is not a hormonal problem. If the cause is not hormonal then hair transplant can be done for your problem.
