Hello.... I understand your problem, I think you should try to find a common ground between your colleague, which can help as a stepping stone to build a good working environment. Try to be as positive as possible, because once you start thinking negatively, your actions will also be in a negative way, so avoid doing that. Everyday before coming to the work, imagine yourself in your workplace with a good working atmosphere and with a well supporting colleague's.this will help you developing confidence and hope of having better future in your workplace....
