Cannot Pullback Skin over Penis Head
I am not able to Pull back foreskin over the penis head, not after erection and also not in normal conditions nor does it happen on its own also not after trying physically to move back.
What action should i take ?
Does it cause any health issue in future ?
Does it affect fertility ?
Does it have any affect during sex ?
Which doctor should I consult - Urologist , Sexologist or any other ?
