Hai, Myself Arun Kumar I am suffering from Retromolar Trigone pain on the right side part of the mouth from 4 days.

Avoid chewing from that side and take combiflam thrice a day till u see a dentist. Examination is necessary to arrive at a diagnosis.

For now take a pain killer to relieve ur pain...and consult a dentist near by as early as possible and get a checkup done with proper radiographs (x-ray) to diagnose your problem. It could be because of 1. Wisdom tooth 2. Decayed tooth or 3. Any trauma from occlusion,etc.

Take painkiller like Zerodol-P for pain twice daily,it may be a pain due to wisdom tooth or a decayed tooth ,see a dentist asap.
