I am suffering from this problem since 2days. It is very painful and there are 2,3 other small patches as well.

Apply zytee l get three times a day, mouth wash with hydrogen peroxide mouth wash 1 tsf diluted in half glass of water, pirox dt suck upon for the pain, if no relief contact again after 3 days
