Can I use candid dusting powder for my 3 month old babies neck for redness rashes..It's safe or not, if not pl suggest

Clotrimazole dusting powder is safe , if the rashes are fungal it will respond. Many such rashes needs to be seen by a paediatrician or skin specialist
