Hi doctors, My mother is 55 years old, and we recently learned that she has diabetes. Concern is that she is a cancer survivor (was declared cancer-free in April 2023) and is currently taking oral medication. Her teeth have also weakened as a result of radiation and chemotherapy, so she is having them out, and wounds normally heal. She had a full body checkup last year, and everything was fine, but now we're wondering how she acquired these high levels and what we can do to manage her diet and all. She will meet with the doctor this evening. But meanwhile please suggest and let me know what we should do in order to manage and control her levels. Thanks 🙏
