I was taking cephalexin for 2 weeks I was taking it at the wrong times. 500 mg 4 capsules every 3 hours when it's every 6 hours I didn't know. I've been having anxiety and panic attacks. I'm sweating and I'm not hungry at all

dear user, Antibiotics do not cause withdrawal symptoms. What you are facing could be gastritis or mild anxiety. Do report to your physician that you took incorrect doses of antibiotics. If the feeling of anxiety persists even after treatment of gastritis then visit a psychiatrist.
