Can we use luwes lite cream daily?

I was precribed luwes lite cream as a night cream in addition to cutirepair moisturiser 2 to 3 months back for my acne problem. I have been using it as a night time routine, but since a month or so the acne has started recurring. Can that be due to daily use of luwes lite? Is there an alternative?
