Hlo there I'm facing low erection and early discharge within 10-20 seconds semen is very thin watery and low amount. Facing erection problem with premature ejaculation. Libido is good but these two problems I am facing Can i take himalaya ashwagandha with confido. I want permanent treatment with no side effect ,I have used confido but it increase my pulse and breath.
