Can we reverse antibiotic resistance ?

Hello, My father has neurogenic bladder and on indwelling catheter. He gets UTI every 3 months or so followed by injectables that are given according to urine culture report. I see the groups are slowly becoming resistant . What can I do to reverse this antibiotic resistance?
