Can Vitamin D tablets cause arythmia?

I've been having a right feeling in my chest after having a vitamin D tablet last week. Lumia 60k. This same thing happened when I had one previously. I don't have any health conditions. I'm well within my BMI, athletic & eat healthy. I do definitely have stress caused by chronic insomnia. Any suggestions?
