Can't urinate in one flow.,pain in urina

Can not urinate in one flow..pain while urinating..or just when urination ends..have to go multiple times..for urination..since 12 pm today sufferable pain near urinary bladder../adomen..and also pain in urethra.as if something obstruct/hinder while urinating..
