I'm a 23 year old girl from India. I suffered a lot in past few years. My bf dumped me, friends left me , everyone rejected me. Slowy I became depressed and I have anxiety now. I can't talk without smiling for no reason. Even when I get nervous I start smiling. When someone dies then too.. I smile. I can't help it. This is not me from the Inside. People think I'm crazy. What's wrong me? Please help me.. It has been 3 Years I'm like this.

Depression and anxiety can be treated. I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist as well as psychologist as early as possible.
