Whenever I study and try to remember concepts i have to recall it fast otherwise I forget that I have to repeat concepts in mind fast in order to remember them every time .what should I do. I am not able to study properly...and also I have to relax my eyes in order to remember something  and due to this my eyes goes to some things that I don't want to see .so what should I do
