Hello Sir/Madam, It was 18th jan since i have had a proper meal and since then i am constantly feeling nauseous but can't vomit and have been lagging over the last 2 days. Sometimes i do feel cold. My family says you have fever from the inside , we measured it but it was 99F. Can you please tell me what exactly the problem is.
