For the last few nights, whenever I start to actually drift off to sleep, I suddenly can't breathe properly. I don't have asthma. Or at least I haven't been told I do. It comes at random times during the day too and it's been getting worse, taking longer till I can breath again etc. I'm in Albert Canada. Could this be happening cause of the BCsmog?
I can't breath good at all throug mouth and nose. lots of times I feel like im going to pass out.
