Can sinusitis drain into tooth and form tooth pus or is it vice versa? I have tooth pus in my lower teeth for which I'm being treated and also get sinusitis sometimes. Is there a link?

Hello, As you stated that infection is in lower teeth it's because of the deep cavity that caused pus discharge.. If you had pus discharge in upper tooth then only there can be chance other wise no.

Hi! If you have deep caries(cavity), that can cause pus infection at root apex which can drain into your teeth. And if you have sinusitis or any gum infection then pus can drain near your teeth through gums. Both are related.
Next Steps
Please have medication regularly as prescribed.

No, Lower teeth are not related to maxillary sinus. However in case of an upper infected tooth this can be relevant. Your tooth decay must have caused the pus formation and your sinus inflamation is unrelated to it.
